Part PART THREE
Chapter 13
Most of North America is dehydrated and doesn't know it.
And the cruel joke is — they're drinking water all day.
They're drinking it from the tap. From the fountain. From the plastic bottle in the gas-station fridge. From the hose in the back yard. They're drinking it constantly. And they are still dying of thirst at the cellular level.
Because the water they're drinking is dead.
DEAD WATER
Look at what comes out of a North American tap.
Chlorine, to kill the bugs. Fluoride, because someone in the 1950s decided we should all medicate our teeth through the kitchen sink. Trace pharmaceuticals — antidepressants, hormones, painkillers — that the treatment plants can't fully filter out. Heavy metals from the pipes. Pesticide runoff from the fields. Microplastics from every single mile of plumbing it travels through.
Then it gets bottled in plastic, shipped on a hot truck, and sold to you for two dollars.
By the time it hits your mouth, it isn't water anymore.
It's a chemistry experiment.
It's acidic. It's lifeless. It's dehydrating. And your 73 trillion cells know it. They sip it, they shrug, and they keep walking around shriveled.
That's why you can drink eight glasses a day and still feel tired, foggy, achy and old.
You're not hydrating. You're just wet.
WHAT THE EARTH MAKES WHEN WE LEAVE IT ALONE
Now look at Fiji.
The water there comes up out of an ancient volcanic aquifer, filtered through layers of rock for hundreds of years before a human ever touches it. It comes out of the ground at a natural pH of around 8.5. Alkaline. Mineral-rich. Living.
That's why a few decades ago all of Hollywood went crazy for it. They didn't know the science. They just knew how it felt. Their skin felt different. Their energy felt different. Their hangovers were lighter. Their bodies woke up.
They were drinking the opposite of tap water. They were drinking living water. Cellular water. Structured water.
And it's not just Fiji.
In Kerala — where Kalaripayattu was born — the water comes off the Western Ghats, runs through forest and stone, and arrives in the villages alkaline, mineralized and alive. The masters drank it by the gallon. They bathed in it. They cooked in it. They blessed it before they swallowed it.
The body of a warrior was built on living water.
That hasn't changed in five thousand years. We just stopped drinking it.
73 TRILLION CELLS
You have 73 trillion cells.
Every single one of them is a little water balloon. Every single one of them runs on hydration. Brain cells. Heart cells. Joint cells. Muscle cells. Immune cells. Skin cells. The cells inside your bones. The cells lining your gut. The cells of the lining of your eyes.
When those cells are properly hydrated — with the right water — they swell, they communicate, they fire, they detox, they heal.
When they're not, they shrink. Communication breaks down. Toxins get trapped inside. Inflammation rises. Energy collapses. Pain increases. You age faster.
A 1% drop in cellular hydration is enough to noticeably impair your brain.
Most adults walking around this continent are running 3, 5, even 8% low.
That's not a thirst problem. That's a quality of water problem.
WHY I BOUGHT THE KANGEN
When my mother got cancer, the first big thing I did — before the books, before the protocols, before anything — was buy a Kangen water machine.
It was about six thousand dollars at the time. I didn't blink. I would've sold the car for it.
I plugged it in. I started pouring her four liters a day. Alkaline. Electrolyzed. Structured. The closest thing to Fiji and Kerala water I could put in a glass in our kitchen.
She felt it.
She told me she felt it. The headaches softened. The fatigue lifted a little. Her color came back. Her body started doing what it was supposed to do — flush, repair, rebuild.
Did the water cure her cancer? No. But it gave her cells the medium they needed to fight back. It gave the rest of the protocol — the food, the touch, the prayer, the love — something to actually work through.
Years later I poured the same water down Chelsy's throat in the hospital. Sip by sip. Three liters a day. While the IV bag dripped above her, I made sure the water going into her body was the cleanest, most alive water I could find.
I drink four to six liters of it a day myself. Always have. Always will.
Living water for a living warrior.
CHAPTER 13: WRAP UP
WARRIOR REFLECTION
- What kind of water has been going into your body for the last ten years? Tap, plastic, filtered, alkaline?
- How would you know if your cells were dehydrated? What signs has your body been giving you?
- Where in your life are you running on dead water — physically, mentally, spiritually?
TRAINING / ACTION
- For seven days, drink only filtered, alkalized water. No tap. No plastic bottles. Notice your skin, your sleep, your mind.
- Work up to your bodyweight in ounces — or three to four liters — of living water a day. Track how you feel.
CELLULAR INSIGHT
Alkaline, electrolyzed water carries a negative ORP (oxidation-reduction potential), which means it acts as an antioxidant the moment it enters the body. The smaller, structured molecule clusters move into the cell more easily than tap water, restoring intracellular hydration faster. More water in the cell means better mitochondrial output, better detox, better recovery.
Hydration isn't about how much you drink. It's about how much actually gets in.
TOOLS & TECH
The full hydration protocol — how I structure my four-to-six-liter day, the timing, the minerals, the electrolyte add-ins — lives at iteachprotocols.com.
The Kangen water machine I've trusted since the day my mother got sick is at pemfwarrior.shop. One purchase. One countertop. Living water for the rest of your life.
The warrior takes responsibility for what goes into the body. Start with the water.
