THE PRACTICE

Here's what I recommend:

Every day:

  • Do the warrior's breath (inhale 4, hold 4, exhale 8)
  • Move your body for at least 20 minutes — outside if possible
  • Drink your water — alkalized, electrolyzed
  • Ask for guidance — even if just for a moment

Every week:

  • Practice one element drill (earth, water, fire, air)
  • Do one marma/trigger point session on yourself or a partner
  • Spend time in nature — barefoot, grounded
  • Write in your journal about your warrior journey

Every month:

  • Re-read one chapter
  • Add one new practice to your routine
  • Share something you've learned with someone else

This is the warrior's path.
